What is The Design & Build Hub?

The Hub is a place in Newmarket, where you can comfortably ask all your questions around designing and building a new home – or explore it at your own pace. There are displays, resources and project examples along with helpful industry experts on hand who can guide you through every stage of the process; council permits, timelines, cost estimating, architectural design, construction and interior design. We’ll be running regular free information sessions and you can also book a one on one consultation to discuss your design and build project.

This initiative is brought to you by Jalcon to promote clarity and confidence about all aspects of designing and building a new home. Jalcon is Auckland’s leading designer and builder of award winning homes.
