With over 10 years’ experience in the real-estate and construction industries, New Home Consultant Jim Huang is paving the way for the Chinese community, offering an in-depth introduction in Mandarin/Cantonese on how to sub-divide a section. Costing your project with confidence

Planning for a new home is exciting, but how do you work out the true build cost, and what should you take into account? There may be more to it than you realise.

We’ll can help by giving you the information to ask the right questions.  Is yours a “greenfields” development, or do you need to factor in remove and rebuild costs? Are you subdividing?
